Phnom Penh: Two sections of the road from National Road 6A to Victory Boulevard in Sangkat Bak Kheng and Sangkat Prek Ta Sek, Khan Chroy Changva in Phnom Penh are being prepared for the 2023 SEA Games. Capital’s Governor Khuong Sreng says they are planning to speed up the construction of these two roads. As he chairs the steering committee for the construction of the two roads, Sreng urged the technical sub-committee headed by the deputy governor and the sub-committee, Mean Chanyada, on impact management to implement this work.
